How do I create a custom poster?
Simply upload your image or design using our editor tool. You can add text, apply filters, and adjust your design. Once you're happy with it, select your poster size and material, then add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, JPEG, and PNG image files up to 10MB. For best print quality, we recommend images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI at your desired print size.
Can I save my design and come back later?
Yes! If you're logged in, you can save your designs and access them from your dashboard. This allows you to continue editing or order them at any time.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Currently, we offer standard pricing per poster. For bulk orders (10+ items), please contact us for special pricing.

What printing technology do you use?
All posters are printed by Prodigi, the world's leading print-on-demand platform, using professional-grade Giclée printing technology. This ensures museum-quality prints with vibrant, long-lasting colors.
What paper type do you use?
All our posters are printed on premium 170gsm silk finish paper. This high-quality paper features a smooth, semi-gloss finish that provides excellent color reproduction and a professional look, making it perfect for vibrant designs and photographs.
How long will my poster last?
Our posters are printed with archival-quality inks on acid-free paper, ensuring they remain vibrant for decades when properly displayed and cared for. Keep them away from direct sunlight for best longevity.
What if my image is low resolution?
Our editor will warn you if your image resolution is too low for your selected size. Low-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurry when printed. Here are the minimum recommended dimensions for each poster size:

Do you print in color or black & white?
We print in full color. If you want a black and white poster, simply upload a grayscale image.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 1-2 business days. Your poster is printed on-demand at a facility close to your delivery address to ensure fast shipping.

Shipping times vary by location:
- US & Canada: 3-5 business days
- UK & Europe: 3-5 business days
- Australia & NZ: 4-7 business days
- Rest of world: 5-10 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 190 countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account dashboard.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Most carriers will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold your package at a local depot for pickup. Check your tracking information for specific delivery options in your area.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.
Returns & Quality Issues
What is your return policy?
Since each poster is custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your poster arrives damaged or with a quality issue, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but sometimes damage occurs during shipping. If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
What if the colors don't look right?
Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen and the printed poster due to differences in display calibration. If you believe there's a significant printing error, please contact us with photos and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.
My poster hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, check your tracking information to see the current status. If your order is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Technical Support
The editor isn't loading. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. The editor works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
My image won't upload. Why?
Ensure your image is in JPG or PNG format and under 10MB in size. Very large images may take longer to upload. If the problem persists, try resizing your image or using a different file.
Can I use the mobile editor?
Yes! Our editor is mobile-friendly, though we recommend using a desktop or tablet for the best editing experience with more precise control.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.
