By accessing and using SendStorm's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
SendStorm provides an online poster printing service. We print custom posters based on your uploaded artwork, photographs, or designs on premium 170gsm silk finish paper. We offer 13 different poster sizes ranging from 4×6 inches to 30×40 inches.
3. Product Quality and Specifications
All posters are printed on 170gsm silk finish paper using professional printing equipment. We ensure high-quality output, but the final result depends on the quality and resolution of your uploaded images.
We recommend minimum image resolutions as specified in our help documentation to ensure optimal print quality. SendStorm is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded images.
4. Intellectual Property and Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. However, you grant SendStorm a limited license to reproduce and print your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
SendStorm reserves the right to refuse to print any content that we determine to be illegal, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.
5. Trademarks and Brand Ownership
The SendStorm name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Azura Link LLC. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Azura Link LLC. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment via credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be received before we begin production of your order.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be shown before you complete your order.
7. Production and Shipping
Production typically begins within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
8. Returns and Refunds
As all posters are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
If your poster arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either reprint your poster at no charge or issue a full refund.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from your uploaded content, including color variations due to monitor calibration differences.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your order, please contact us directly at support@sendstorm.cc before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and denial of future orders. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued legally and reported to the appropriate authorities.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge, and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
11. Limitation of Liability
SendStorm's liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
12. Force Majeure
SendStorm shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and either fulfill orders as soon as reasonably possible or offer a full refund.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of SendStorm's services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
